A report that provides a succinct, based on fact, and enlightening summary of the patient’s medical treatment. The medical timeline helps lawyers understand what happened to the client, the level of the injury and the resulting medical treatment.
What we do?
- Screening and categorization.
- Chronologically summarized health records and mandatory content are highlighted.
- Optional to add highlighted notes or post-its.
- Specific information like the date of each record, procedures, processing and other custom data fields.
- Duplicate records are deleted and a subsequent log is created for deleted records.
